In addition to learning about healthy eating, children will also be exploring and researching life cycles in Science. They will also learn about plants and begin naming the parts of a plants and investigate what a plant needs for healthy growth. In D&T, children will be designing a moving vehicle.
Later in the 2nd half of the term, our focus will switch to History and children will learn about the Victorians. This will be supported by a half day’s trip to Reveley Lodge in Bushey. Children will also learn about Florence Nightingale which will involve reading about her life and writing letters from her.
